Moveable Feast will arrive around 4:30 p.m. Event will start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 11:30 p.m. Galleries will be open from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. There will be around 200 guests. We will put up four (4) speakers/mic for comments. There will be live music for the event. They would like the store open from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Kerby's will be parking cars for this event. The band will be at the curved end of the Apse, please give them chairs and music stands if they would like them. The set up drawing will move down toward the main entrance of the Apse to accommodate the band. The band will park on the street and enter from the Forum. PLEASE GIVE BETTY HOSS ONE OF THE NICE TABLES FROM THE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM TO USE AS A SIGN IN TABLE. ZACH AND ANDREW WILL BE THE EVENT HOSTS.
