Close the Commons for Private Event at 11:30 a.m. with stanchion and signage. They will need the nice blond colored wooden table set up near the electric floor plug in the south east corner of the Commons. The table plugs should be plugged into the floor and an additional power strip on the table for their computers. There will be 6 guests working at the table for a working retreat. There is no caterer for this event, they have scheduled lunch elsewhere.
