Zingermans will arrive around 3:00 p.m., clear the Commons and set up a cupcake table. They will return to clean up around 8:30 - 9:00 p.m. Most of the guests will leave around 8:30 p.m. Zach will be the event host. They currently have no AV needs. THEY WILL NEED THREE (3) OF OUR COATRACKS IN THE COMMONS.
