This is a welcome meeting for the next few days work. Dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. They will need mic/2 speakers/podium for 20 minutes of comments. We have been asked to put up the screen and projector, the guest speaker would like to show a PowerPoint presentation. Music will play over system during dinner. Buffet style dinner.
