Performance Event in Auditorium

Please set up the Classroom as a green room the night before, frosted covering on window, move furniture to the sides and put a coat rack and full length mirror in the room. Please take 7 of the SMTD music stands to the auditorium for performers to use (please make sure they are returned at the end of the night). Performers will arrive earlier in the day and may have access to the classroom and Auditorium whenever they get here. They will load in instruments through the loading dock. Please put up the signs directing guests to the Auditorium (signs are on Bruce's desk) and place a table outside the Auditorium for literature.
