This is a reading, there is no caterer. There will be approximately 20 guests. The room will be set up in the normal conference set up, with seating at the tables for 22. There are no AV needs, the AV cart may be removed, please leave the gap in place. The podium will not be needed, there should be an additional 10 chairs or so along the walls. Please put a coatrack in the back northeast corner. They will be dropping of signs for the event. Please put them in sign holders or on the easels to direct guests. Sam will drop off a banner that should be placed on at table in the front of the room. Sam Kigar will not be here tonight. The lead person will be Carla Nallette,
