Event AV: Russell Video will provide AV support for this event. They will have a stage, podium, mic, speakers, monitors at the side. They may use our 9'X12' screen and their projector.
Set up will start in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. for the caterer, we will move some of the AV into the Apse at 3:30 p.m.
Cocktail reception will take place from 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN FROM 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Program starts at 7:00 p.m. and will run until 7:45 p.m.
