Crew: 1 actor (professor Tara Ward), 2 camera people, 1 sound person.
Equipment: 2 cameras on tripods. Lapel mic. Reflector for additional lighting (no additional lights that need to be plugged in.).
Timing: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Staffing and Security: Sophia Davidson from Education will accompany the filming crew. Security costs should be charged to Education shortcode 365868. The student will reimburse with a check. (Per Terri Gable and Kathy Huss)
Education has instructed the student on general guidelines relative to how tripods must be staffed at all times and be placed to avoid any possible damage to artwork.
