Simply Scrumptious will arrive around 4:00 p.m. for this event. WE WILL SET THE PODIUM AT THE CURVED END OF THE APSE. WE WILL USE ALL FOUR SPEAKERS AND SET IT UP FOR MUSIC. THERE IS NO VISUAL PRESENTATION, HOWEVER, THEY MAY USE THE MONITOR AT THE VISITOR SERVICES DESK ( AND FROM COMMONS). They have requested to have the gate down and only enter through the Apse main entrance. We will try to stanchion the stairs instead, but will gate if requested. GALLERIES ARE NOT OPEN.
