Reception has a planned start of 6:30 p.m., but we may have some guests arriving as early as 6:00 p.m. Reception goes until 7:00 p.m. when they will sit for dinner. The Dean will have a short welcoming comment. There will be brief comments from the Dean at dessert as well. PODIUM AND MICROPHONE/SPEAKERS ONLY, NO PRESENTATION. PUT THE PODIUM IN FRONT OF THE MEDIA GALLERY DOORS. NO MUSIC THROUGH THE SYSTEM. There will be 75 guests and galleries will be open.
