Presentation at the curved end of the Apse. They will need the projection screen/projector/microphone/4 speakers. They will run a PowerPoint presentation of nominated posters. There will be 3'x6'tall banner stands of nominated posters. From 6:00 p.m - 6:30 p.m they will mingle. At 6:30 p.m. the presentation and awards begin. Galleries should remain open through the event. THIS IS NOT SIT DOWN DINING. THE AWARDS ARE FOR K-12TH GRADE STUDENTS. FAMILIES AND SIBLINGS WILL BE HERE (THIS IS PART OF THE REASON GALLERIES ARE OPEN). WE WILL PROVIDE A CHECK IN TABLE FOR THEM.
