Glass House will arrive at 4:00 p.m. to set up the Apse. Kings Keyboard will come with a small piano to play. There will be 6 large poster boards rented from Art Craft Rental, after the event they will be stored in the uncrating area. They will use the coat room as a coat check and will supply some one to work it. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN FROM 5:15 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. We will run power in from the side plugs and the two floor plugs to supply power for computers on the presentation tables. Our portable monitors will be used. The one in the Commons will be up by the curved end of the Apse and the monitor on the visitor services desk will be used also.
