Delux will deliver chairs/tables between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Katherines will arrive around 3:00 p.m. to set up in the Apse.
WE WILL PROVIDE MICROPHONES (2), SPEAKERS (4), PODIUM, 9X12 SCREEN WITH PROJECTOR. THE COMPUTER WILL BE AT THE PODIUIM AND PRESENTATION SOUND SHOULD BE RUN FROM THE PODIUM ALSO. WE WILL NEED TO PUT LIGHTS DOWN INTO THE APSE FROM THE BALCONY. WE ARE PROVIDING THE REMOTE FOR THE PRESENTATION. WE WILL PUT THEIR JPEG ON THE MONITOR IN THE FORUM AND AT THE VISITOR SERVICES DESK IN THE APSE. THEY ARE BRINING BOOKS TO BE SOLD THROUGH THE MUSEUM STORE. THEY WILL NEED ONE OF THE GOOD WOOD TABLES FOR SIGNING AND SALES. SOUND CHECK WILL TAKE PLACE AT 4:00 P.M. MICHIGAN PRODUCTIONS WILL PLUG THIER CAMERA INTO OUR SOUND BOARD.
