They will need a microphone and two speakers set up on the north side of the Apse, in front of the Media Gallery, for comments. There will not be music. They will use the visitors services desk monitor and the portable monitor to display their sponsor logo. Galleries will not be open. They will need to use our two large black easels. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. The drawing has not been received yet.
