The classroom should be set up by 2:00 p.m. with window frosting, tables/chairs moved to the side a coatrack and the mirror. Set up will begin in the Forum at 3:00 p.m. and set up will begin in the Apse at 4:00 p.m. THERE WILL BE ABOUT 150 GUESTS. An arch will be placed in the curved end of the Apse for the ceremony, THEY MAY START WORKING ON THE ARCH EARLY. After the ceremony, guests will move to the Forum for drinks until the Apse is set up. Mike Staff Productions will provide the DJ support. They will be providing audio for the ceremony. A vendor list and event timing sheet are being provided by the planner. David, Tara and Zach will be working as Event Hosts.
