Please put a PRIVATE EVENT sign at the Forum Entrance (outside). Guests will arrive at 5:00 p.m. and should have the galleries open as soon as possible after closing. Galleries will be open from 5:15 or so until 6:30 p.m. There will be about 70 guests for a seated dinner. Please have the audio system in the Forum for music from a You Tube playlist. Two speakers on the stairs landing with the audio system (with laptop) to the side by the elevator. They may want pictures on the monitor. Galleries will run from about 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. The event will end at 9:00 p.m.
