Note: Piano will need to be placed day of because there is a wedding the night before. Percussion equipment will arrive day of. Please have speakers (2) and sound board set up by 4 p.m. Musicians will arrive 4 p.m. to begin setting up instruments. Requesting 2 microphones. Requesting 100 UMMA chairs for audience. 8 chairs for performers. One 6' plastic table. One of the pieces on this program involves wine glasses filled with water such that they are tuned to specific notes. The glasses will be "played" - by SMTD performers only. Approved by Kathy Huss. Please remove side benches and interpretive table. Stanchion Nydia, Flora, and paintings on either side of loading dock doors. Rehearse 5:15 - 6:15 pm. Doors open 6:30pm. Performance 7-8 pm. VFA 2 exhibition open in Taubman I 8-8:30.
