Event guests will begin to arrive around 8:30 a.m. Glass House will arrive around 10:00 a.m. to set up for coffee/snack service throughout the day. Please see the event flow timing sheet for specifics. Drawing for the Commons are included with the contract. No music/AV will be required for the Commons on Saturday. A "Private Event" sign should be out in the Commons, until they leave for the day. Glass House should be gone shortly after 4:00 p.m.
