Moveable Feast to arrive around 3:30 p.m. They may set up as soon as they arrive. Katherine would like the same set up as last year. They will have a stage on the north side of the Apse, in front of the Media Gallery. We will use all four speakers, mic and podium. This is not a sit down dinner and GALLERIES WILL NOT BE OPEN. We are expecting about 200 students. SPEAKERS SHOULD BE SET UP FOR STEREO, WITH TWO ON THE LAST PILLAR FACING THE WEST END OF THE APSE.
