Rentals are coming from Delux,they will be delivered on 9-13-17 between 12:00pm3:00pm. They will be picked up on 9-14-17 between 8am-12:00pm. Moveable Feast is having just tables and chairs delivered. Staff will be arriving between 3:30-3:45pm. We will need to put the speakers up, on the north side of the Apse. They probably will speak from the area in front of the Media Gallery, but, may speak from the center of the room. It is only welcoming and closing comments. There will be no visual presentation.
