The Multi-Purpose Rooms is mostly set up, with tables in a U-shape (facing the door). We will need about 32 chairs around the tables and 15 or so extras on the walls. Christian will use a couple of folding tables for food by the hallway windows and there will be a beverage table in the northeast corner. If it is raining, please put a coatrack in the hallway, just past the door.
