We will provide microphone/speakers/podium. Set up for music from play list. Speaking from podium is planned to take place in front of the beverage station (side of elevator 1). They will bring thumb drive with a powerpoint presentation for the monitors in the Forum and Apse. Use a laptop and YouTube to get a light jazz playlist for the evening (turn off for speech).
