Simply Scrumptious will arrive around 4:30 p.m. Please take the audio system to the Commons, put one speaker near the door to the Commons from the kitchen and the other speaker in the southeast corner of the Commons. They will need a laptop for a YouTube music playlist. They anticipate about 35 guests. Galleries will be open from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with Docent led tours at 6:15 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. Please call Bruce if you have any concerns. The event is scheduled to end at 9:00 p.m.
