Rentals will come from Delux Rental earlier in the day. Moveable Feast will arrive between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
We will be using the Audio system, projector, screen and podium. Please set up so the presentation can be controlled from the podium. They will need all four (4) speakers set up. Tables will be placed most of the length of the Apse. Michael Dority will provide the presentations to us, he is not sure if they are coming on a laptop or memory stick. Please call Bruce if you have any questions. The podium should be to the left of the screen and a little forward, we will need to point a light toward the podium from above, make sure it does not wash out the screen. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN.
