Pam is working on the setup and catering for this event. We will need an officer available to keep Taubman I open. We will have Simple Scrumptious cater the event. We may need to play a video on the tv in the corner like last year, but I am not sure at this time. We would like the portable mic available in case people want to talk. We will need 2 tables for catering set up, 1 table for registration, 2 chairs for registration. Pam will adjust this info as needed closer to the event. Thanks. We are planning on a small group of musicians (2-3) for this event.
