They have hired a small sound company to bring instrument microphones, speakers and manage the sound. The sound group will arrive at 4:00 p.m. to set up. The Confucius Institute will arrive at 5:00 p.m. for their set up. The sound company will park in the driveway and enter through the dock. Please issue them a parking permit. They will need a table outside the Auditorium for literature. THEY WILL NEED TO USE OUR PERFORMANCE PIANO BENCH WITH THE ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS RETURNED TO THE DOCK.
