We will need one officer to take the group to the gallery from 3-5 p.m. We will be using Simply Scrumptious for this event. Marisa from Medical Humanities is their contact. We will need 2 tables set up along the wall for food. Catering will be arriving around 4 or 4:30 p.m. to have everything set up by 5 p.m. Catering will come back about 6 p.m. to clean up. There may be a few more updates and I will put in new requests for any adjustments. Thank you. Mary
