Forte will arrive at 3:00 p.m. to begin unloading and dock prep. Rental team will arrive at 3:30 p.m. Apse set-up will begin at 4:00 p.m. All event items will be removed the night of the event. UMMA WILL PROVIDE MIC/ SPEAKERS/ PODIUM/ SCREEN/ PROJECTOR. Tables will be set up in two rows. Dr. Chang and Mrs Chang will arrive about 5:00 p.m. Tyler Beyett will be the the photographer and will arrive around 5:30 p.m. to take photographs of graduates (2) and their families, in the Museum. Kerbys will provide valet parking.
