We will need officers available to keep the FFW open for this event for two hours from 10-12 p.m. We will need a table and two chairs in the Forum for Registration. We will need the MPR cleared out except for 2 tables and 8 folding chairs. We will need a5-6 of the silver sign stands available for directions/navigation. We will have a photographer for this event.
