Caterer: Moveable Feast Catering Contact: Sherry Perkins Jim Adams (Quest Productions) will provide microphone, speaker and podium. Delux will deliver a stage to be set up as 12x8 in front of elevator 1, with a pipe and drape back drop. Film crew will arrive at 4:45 p.m. to set up and film interviews in the reception area outside the administrative offices. We will unlock the doors from the Forum to Tappan Courtyard at 5:30 p.m. to provide access for group photos. We will need signs out "Alcohol must stay in the Museum". PLACE SIGNS ON THE STAIRS TO AMH AND APSE "Private Event Plastic Surgery". Unlock the door to the Apse entrance when they go out for the group photo. Entrance tonight, will be through the Forum entrance. WE WILL PUT UP TWO OF OUR SPEAKERS IN THE FORUM FOR MUSIC FROM A PLAY LIST, THE MIC WILL BE USED TO ANNOUNCE PHOTOS AND ENTRANCE TO THE APSE. ROPES SHOULD BLOCK ENTRANCE TO THE APSE UNTIL IT IS OPEN AFTER COCKTAIL TIME. WE WILL USE ALL THREE OF THE MONITORS, APSE, FORUM AND COMMONS (IN THE VERTICAL GALLERY).
