Moveable Feast will arrive and begin set up around 3:30 p.m. This event starts at 5:00 p.m. The event contact, Michael Dority, has a supplier coming with 35 or so easels and posters from medical research projects. The easels will be going in the Apse, inside the pillar area. NO AV WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS EVENT, WE WILL HAVE THE PORTABLE AUDIO SYSTEM ON HAND IN CASE ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE REQUIRED. THE GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN. The anticipate only about 80 guests. Bruce and Justin will be on hand for the entire event.
