We will need the media cart available. We will need 4 tables set up and covered with paper for an activity. Tables can be separated for small group work, not joined together.
Each table needs 4 chairs around it. We will need 2 tables along the wall for supplies. We will need 1 easel at the front of the room. The group may not need access to the room until 3:30 depending upon whether they drop coats before going to print study room. Thank you.
