Moveable Feast will arrive by 3:45 p.m. Rentals are coming from Delux. Rentals will be dropped off between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Pick up of rentals will occur Friday morning.
They will need our sound system for graduation comments and possibly some music. A small trio will provide music for the entrance of graduates and during dinner. Podium placement should be in front of the doors to the Media Gallery, with lights from 2nd floor on the podium. Just two speakers will suffice.
