They will need microphone and speakers as well as the 9'X12' screen for a presentation. This should be set up with podium control for the presentation. The Skyline High School Jazz Band will provide live music. They may take group pictures. There will be 120 - 150 guests. Placement of the podium will be determined when the room drawing arrives. The event will be 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN.
