Katherine's staff will arrive around 3:30. Forum set-up will begin 3:30. Apse set-up will begin at 4:00. 5:45 Gate up and Katherine's ready for guest to arrive. 8:15 Golden Limo Bus departs with jury members.
The podium will go at the curved end of the Apse, we will need lights on the podium. Will use our sound system for comments and music, need to have audio set up by 5:00 p.m. Professor Albert will use one of our Mac laptops to connect with a playlist from the internet. Annalisa will be bringing signs and easels for musical equipment storage in the Multi-Purpose Room and some event signs. She will be parking in the driveway and will need a parking permit. (the squares on the drawing are chamber groups from last year and do not apply to this year)
