1 ea. 8' table on stage with skirting/table cover
Auditorium Row A reserved for speakers, rows B-F reserved for graduates
Food will be served in the Multi-Purpose Room, reception in Vertical Gallery (5 or 6 small sit down tables) and Forum (high tops)
We will use the monitor from the Commons, streaming the graduation and send audio through the large speakers. During the reception we will use our system to listen to Spodify.
RESTROOMS WILL BE LABELED "GENDER INCLUSIVE RESTROOM"
