Please set up the room per the attached instructions. We will need to project onto the wall so we need to make sure the tables are set up with a clear path for the projection. You will see my note on the attachment. Let me know if you have any questions. We will be bringing over the LSA overhead projector screen as well so the artist can do a calligraphy demo. We will need to hook it up to the media cart projector and make sure it works.
