We will need one office available from 6:45-7:30 p.m. for a tour of the Asian galleries. Outside the MPR we will need a registration table with two chairs. In the MPR we will need 40 chairs set up in theater style for a presentation. We will need AV (media cart with sound working), a microphone for presenter (either at podium or portable mic/speaker). At about 6:45 p.m. the group would like access to the Asian galleries. they will be self-guiding as a group (bringing own presenter). Either Shannon (student worker) or Lisa will be the sitter for this tour. They will leave the galleries and UMMA at 7:30 for dinner. Current schedule looks like 5-6 p.m. @ registration table. 6:15-6:45 MPR presentation. 6:45-7:30 galleries. Thanks
