We will now need 65 chairs set up in the room (15 Kelsey docents will be joining us). And about 5 back up chairs in the closet. We will need AV and media cart. We will also need 2 racks of stools available in the Commons to accommodate the number of people present. We will need the portable mic/speaker for use in the Commons. Bruce and I discussed the possibility of having an officer at the back Commons door to collect keys and check bags as Jim wants to finish his presentation by having the docents walk around the outside of the building. Many will want to leave from there.
