This is a Co-Sponsored event with our education team. The event will be in the Forum, using the stairs as a stage. We will put up the 9X12 projection screen at the back of the middle landing. The projection cart will be on the upper landing far enough back to fill the screen. We will put skirting on the bottom of the screen and Zoha will provide a banner to lay over the top of the screen. The projector will be connected to a laptop on top of the audio cart, next to the stairs. They may need our remote control, please check with Zoha at 5:30 p.m. when she arrives. We will put two speakers from the audio cart, on the ground, at the corners of the stairs on ground level. They will be using our chairs, we should have 85 or so available to them. Zoha will come between 5:00 p.m and 5:30 p.m. They will not need a dressing room. The lights are already aimed down onto the stairs correctly. There will be two performances, one at 7:00 p.m. and the other at 8:30 p.m. Please call Bruce if there are any questions.
