Thanks so much for reaching out -- to confirm our phone conversation, we should arrive between 7:00 and 7:15 pm on Thursday, 4/6 -- if we could keep the galleries open until 8:30 pm, that would be great!
It worked out really well a few weeks ago to use your Spotify Premium and laptop to run music through the museum sound system - if we can do that again, that'd be fabulous!
We'll have the same kind of speeches as last time - if we may have a podium, microphone and speakers again, with the podium on the north side of the Apse between the pillars in front of the Media Gallery, centered between the tables, with the lighting from the balcony like you had last time that is perfect.
Moveable Feast is the caterer again, with Misty Rose as the main contact, in case she has not had a chance to get in touch with you and your team yet. She's planning on 6 rounds, staggered.
For our end time, I am guessing we will be on-site until between 9:30 and 10:00 pm - does that work okay?
