Glass House will arrive at 8:00 a.m. to set up the Commons. They will have coffee before the event and a morning break. Lunch will be around 12:00 p.m. with dinner for 16 guests. Glass House will clean up after lunch, leaving only enough for the 3:00 p.m. coffee break. Following the afternoon break, Glass House will clean and leave. During the early afternoon, Forte Belanger will begin moving into the kitchen.
HOA will need 4 rolling chairs and a round coffee table on the stage (already there). The symposium will end in the Auditorium at 5:00 p.m.
