All set up to be complete by 6 p.m. Performers will arrive for sound check and warm up at 6 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Performance begins at 7 p.m. Media Gallery will be open at the end of the performance - approx 8-8:30. Screen with rear projection. Projection will have sound. 1 microphone for singer, also to connect to sound system. Approx. 10 musicians in the ensemble + piano. Music stands. 100 chairs for audience. Stanchion all works in the Apse.
