Special Events will arrive around 10:00 a.m. to install a tent on the grass, next to the driveway. They will use water barrels to hold the tent and may either use our tap at the dock sink or the waterbib in Tappan Courtyard. Set up will begin in the Forum and Vertical Gallery around 1:00 p.m. The Multi-Purpose Room will be used as an event coat room and the classroom will be used by Forte Belanger for their employees personal items. The stage in the Apse will be set up at 2:30 p.m. The Forum, Vertical Gallery, Multi-Purpose Room and dock area should all be set up before 3:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. set up may begin in the Apse. This event will be from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The gate will not be closed at 5:00 p.m. We will remain open just as we are for Fridays After Five. Forte Belanger will begin moving their items into the Commons kitchen between the HOA lunch and afternoon break.
