We will be hosting local teachers for an after hours event. Teachers will arrive about 4:15 and the event runs from 4:30-6:30 p.m. We will have teachers and docents spend an hour in Taubman I (VFA) and then get food/mingle for the second hour of the event. Simply Scrumptious will be catering snacks. They will arrive to begin setting up between 4-4:30 p.m. They can set up while we are in the galleries. They will be bringing 4 high tops. We will need 2-3 tables (TBD) for food and beverage stations. We will need one table for registration with 2 chairs located near the AMH entrance/Noel gallery. More details to come.
