Food Art will arrive around 3:00 p.m. to set up in the Forum. The LSA faculty meeting will take place in the Auditorium at 4:00 p.m. (officially beginning at 4:10 p.m.). A reception will follow the meeting, in the Forum, starting at 4:25 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. LSA will use the video monitor in the Forum and may also use the one from the Commons.
David Han will be the Event Host. Please have 2 of the nice wood tables from the Multi-Purpose Room in the Forum to use for Registration/Name Tags. Ken Knell will use one of our HDMI cords to use the monitor on the visitor services desk for a PowerPoint presentation.
