Speaker with 2 microphones to provide amplification for lectures. Podium. Media cart for projection & audio now needed. One of participants can't travel to Ann Arbor, but will live stream in using Skype or Blue Jeans or similar technology. Set up 50 black folding chairs in semi-circle. 3 folding chairs at front of room. See attached diagram. At 4 p.m. audience will leave to go down to the Auditorium. MPR will need to flipped for a 6:30 p.m. private catered dinner. Chairs need to goto Forum for 7:30 p.m. program. All part of same Symposium.
