Students will use the Classroom as a dressing room for this event. Please put the frosted window cover on door, move the tables to the side and put a coatrack and mirror in the classroom. Spare chairs and the large flower vase should be removed from the storage area off the stage. Podium should be moved to the top of the ramp. Students will arrive after 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning to set up the sound equipment and rehearse. They will bring sound equipment, 8 coffee tables (to sit on) and will park their U-Haul truck by the dumpster, please give them a parking pass. We need to put a nice table outside the Auditorium for literature. I have a 4" folding table in the back row of chairs for their sound board. They will need a roll of gaffing tape.
