Please see attached document for set up. We will need 38 chairs available (see a few in the back but otherwise 4 at each table. We will need the media cart and will also have the LSA overhead projector hooked up to it for the calligraphy demo. Timeline for the day is
8:00 a.m Catering to arrive
8:15 catering setup for early guests
8:30 registration starts in the Commons next to the food.
9 a.m. workshop starts in Classroom
10 a.m. catering arrives at dock with lunches
10:15 groups leaves UMMA for a tour in Dearborn
1 p.m. group arrives back at UMMA goes to classroom
2:15 calligraphy workshop
3:30 p.m. group splits and half in print room other in classroom
5 p.m. wrap up
5:15 p.m. finished.
