DJ will set up by visitor services desk (please rotate it sideways in front of painting) and SAAN will use DJ sound system for all announcements
Will use classroom for dressing room, please put window cover on the classroom window and move tables to the sides
Leave coat rack in Forum by visitor services desk
DJ will need a parking hang tag.
Please direct some of the Apse overhead lights onto the food table and the drink table. Lights in the center of the low end should be turned lower for dancing.
Event has an 8:00 p.m. start time. SAAN board members may arrive as early as 6:00 p.m. to oversee set up, please let them in the Apse. The Classroom should be set up before 6:00 p.m.
